Sept 14- 28, 2010 - Pastry Fundraiser

  Approximately 61 Monroe Co MS Y-club members set a club record in selling Butter Braid frozen pastries. Over 547 were sold!!! This was the club’s third year selling. They netted a profit of over $2,700. Kimberly of Impact Fundraising who handles the distribution of the frozen pastries gave the club wonderful review. “You can tell them they put a lot of other groups to shame. Even your participation level was above most groups.”

 Part of the profits will be used in funding the students’ trip to Washington D.C. in the Spring. The rest will be used for transportation costs to KYA and costs of various service projects.
